My brief history

Well, where can I start? I was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia on the 7th day of April 1976. Since both of my parents are musicians and music teachers, I unknowingly received their musical talent. I lived there for around three and a half years, until I became irritated with the communist regime which was in effect there.

So, around 1980, my family moved to Singapore. At that time, neither me nor my brother could speak a word of english except, "I need to go to toilet please." So when I turned 6, I was entered into Dover Court Preparatory School. I got bored there, but before I left, I managed to learn how to speak english quite well! I spent 5 years in that school.

When I turned 11, I went to the United World College of South East Asia (UWCSEA). It was here that I met lots of good friends, some of which I still keep in contact with today. I had lots of fun there, but soon it was time to leave, and when I graduated from UWC at 18 years of age, I decided to go and study in the US. I stayed in Singapore for almost 15 years. My parents also left Singapore, and moved back to the Czech Republic recently.

I have been in the States for almost 4 years now, studying at Clark University . I have met some great people here too. I'm currently working part-time as a helpdesk consultant at Clark University.
